Corporate Actions Client Service Administrator, State Street

As a member of State Street’s Corporate Actions Client Service team you will be responsible for the delivery of services to the Custody and Middle Office client’s and their Investment Managers. The candidate will be responsible for answering Corporate Actions and Income client inquiries and ensuring reporting deliverables are resolved within client service level agreements and agreed quality standards. Working in a global team, the candidate will liaise with State Street colleagues and clients across multiple time zones. An understanding of the ‘end to end’ Corporate Actions and Income lifecycle is essential.

You will ensure client inquiries are resolved and escalated as needed, review aged inquiries to ensure appropriate and timely resolution in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. As required, you will participate in client calls and complete reporting tasks within the assigned timeframes.

Benefits Partner, Moody’s Corporation

The EMEA Benefits Partner supports in the administration and management of benefit programs for dedicated regions within EMEA, as well as supporting EMEA benefits projects. The successful candidate will research, analyse, and evaluate corporate benefit plans and programs while assisting in planning, developing and redesigning company benefit benefits programs and analyzing benefit costs

They will administer the company’s benefit programs in regard to plan options, policy features, enrollment and other requirements.  Support benefits communication strategy, including new hire orientation materials, ongoing employee communications and annual enrollment communications, will be a crucial part of this role also.

Checkout.com is looking for a versatile and driven Strategy Associate to assess growth and development avenues, propose product evolutions and/or geographic developments, and define an implementation strategy upon validation.

Part of the Strategy team and reporting to the Head of Strategy, the Strategy Associate will have the opportunity to research, define and own a key strategic opportunity for the company from inception to implementation. As such, you will be required to interact with a vast array of internal and external stakeholders. Effective letter writing is a key element of this role – the ability to marry brevity and branding. Types of content may include: client communications, events collateral, web copy, and newsletters. This position also may provide product-related copy for our website and social media posts.
