
Roman Sledziejowski, a Polish-born American entrepreneur, currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the global management consulting firm, Savant Strategies.
He embarked on his professional journey in New York City at just 17 years old, joining Salomon Smith Barney, a division of Travelers Group. While balancing his final year of high school, he worked part-time at the investment bank, gaining early exposure to the financial industry.
Graduating as the valedictorian of his class, he pursued a degree in Economics at Columbia University. During high school, he showcased exceptional athletic abilities, captaining the varsity soccer team as a striker and earning the Most Valuable Player (MVP) title for three consecutive years. Additionally, he competed in various track and field events across New York State.
At just 18, he became the youngest individual in the U.S. to obtain a National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) stockbroker license. Following this achievement, he transitioned to a full-time role as an Investment Associate at Smith Barney, a subsidiary of Citigroup.
