Amy Latimer
President, TD Garden
Amy Latimer was part of TD Garden’s inaugural executive team in 1995, and through successive leadership roles she was promoted to president of the venue in 2012. Throughout her tenure, she has served in various sales, marketing and ticketing roles that have continued to place TD Garden at the forefront of the industry. Under the leadership of Charlie Jacobs, CEO of Delaware North’s Boston Holdings, Latimer helped guide the arena through a $70 million, floor-to-ceiling renovation in 2015.
Leah Leahy
Vice President of Sales and Service
Leah Leahy joined the Bruins in 2006 as a Premium Sales Rep. Leahy grew up just a few miles from the TD Garden, and currently resides in Reading, MA. In her role, she heads the Boston Bruins ticket sales, Fan Relations, TD Garden’s premium sales and service and box office function. One of her favorite memories as a member of organization was riding a duck boat in the 2011 championship parade.
Heidi Holland
Director of Publications and Information
Heidi Holland is currently in her 38th season with the Bruins and has worked in various capacities over her tenure with the team. A native of Waltham, MA, Holland’s responsibilities include updating and maintaining all Boston Bruins historical records, as well the annual Boston Bruins media guide, in addition to a variety of day-to-day media needs.
Kerry A. Collins
Senior Director of Community Relations
Kerry Collins is responsible for developing and leading all community relations programs for the Boston Bruins, including youth hockey, education and player initiatives. A native of Marshfield, MA she received her degree in Business Management from Plymouth State College. Collins previously worked for New England Sports Network (NESN) and SportsRadio 850 WEEI in Marketing and Promotions capacities. She joined the Boston Bruins in 2003 as Manager of Community Relations (CR), and also held the title of Manager of CR and Promotions before being promoted to her current role.
Andrea Mazzarelli
Director of Marketing
Andrea Mazzarelli, a Revere, MA, native, originally joined the Boston Bruins front office in 2013, before transitioning to work in the U.S. Olympic Movement in 2015. During her time with Team USA, Mazzarelli served in communications roles during both the Rio 2016 Olympic Games and PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games, most notably serving as communications manager for the 2018 U.S. Olympic Champion Women’s National Hockey Team during its historic gold-medal run. Mazzarelli rejoined the Bruins in 2019, becoming the Director of Marketing in Fall 2020, and now oversees the organization’s marketing efforts.
Caryn Kelley
Client Services Manager
Kelley oversees the Corporate Partnerships department and brings value to partnerships within the Boston Bruins organization. She creates customized marketing solutions utilizing the assets of TD Garden and the Boston Bruins. Caryn is able to help partnerships grow by exposing the brand in a orginal way.
Carley Cavallaro
Graphic Designer
Cavallaro grew up in Western Mass and attended Endicott College on the North Shore. She scored an internship in 2013 with the current (and only) designer the team had at the time. This led to her to be hired as the second Graphic Designer in 2014 once she graduated. She is currently part of a creative team of three, and is responsible for conceptualizing and creating all digital and print design for both the Boston Bruins and TD Garden.
Amela Vautour
Director of Human Resources
Vautour joined the Boston Bruins organization as Director of HR in 2015 after being in an HR Manager capacity with Delaware North Sportservice at the TD Garden. In 2020, Amela was promoted to an HR Business Partner role where she heads the HR function for Boston Bruins, TD Garden and MA Sportservice. Amela was born and raised in Bosnia and Herzegovina and immigrated to Boston in 1994 due to the war that started in Bosnia in 1992.
Ali Mitchell
Team Services Manager
Mitchell is from Portland, Oregon and got her Master’s degree at California State University in Sports Business. Before coming to the Bruins, she spent six years in team operations with the Los Angeles Clippers and two years in administration for the Phoenix Suns. Mitchell travels on every road trip with the Bruins and oversees the club’s hotel stays, flights, meals and everything else that comes with the team’s travel.
Emily Gosman
Strategic Marketing Manager
Gosman, a Weston, MA native, joined the Boston Bruins in June 2021. She creates and manages strategic integrated marketing campaigns to support all Boston Bruins ticket sales, ProShop/retail, digital initiatives, team brand, community relations and Boston Bruins Foundation initiatives to drive revenue and awareness. Gosman received her bachelor’s degree from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with a concentration in Marketing and Consulting and area depth in Sports Management.
Kirsten Crandall
HR Operations Analyst
Crandall graduated from the Grossman School of Business at the University of Vermont with a degree in Business Administration. She started as an intern in the HR department in the summer of 2017, and earned her spot as as the HR operations analyst. In her role, she helps in supporting the TD Garden, Boston Bruins & Delaware North Sportservice in their hiring process and onboarding.
Hailey Clements
Marketing Coordinator
Clements is responsible for the creation and execution of marketing campaigns for Boston Bruins programs across the ticket sales, service and retail departments. She serves as the department liaison between external media vendors to develop cross-promotional campaigns to drive awareness. Originally from Sarasota, Florida, Hailey moved to Boston in 2018 and worked at NESN prior to joining the Bruins in November 2021.
Jordan Salisbury
Creative Services Project Manager, Bruins/TD Garden
Salisbury joined the Bruins in 2021 as the Creative Services Project Manager for the Bruins and TD Garden. She previously worked for IPTAY/Clemson Athletics and is a two-time alumna of Clemson University with a Bachelor’s in Graphic Communication and a Master’s in Human Resource Development/Athletic Leadership. She is a native of the Chicagoland suburbs and grew up in a big sports family.
Liz Argento
Game Presentation Coordinator
Argento joined the Boston Bruins in 2013 as a member of Game Night Staff and was promoted to Game Presentation Coordinator in 2021. She supports in-game sponsorship activations, events and manages the Bruins Game Night Staff and Promo Team.
Brooke Pinkham
Community Relations Coordinator
Pinkham started out as a Community Relations/Youth Hockey Intern in 2013 while she was a senior studying Sports Management at Salem State University. In 2015, she was promoted to the Community Relations Coordinator after working part time for the Bruins promotional staff. She helps oversee all community and player initiatives within the Bruins organization.
Elizabeth Viola
Youth Hockey Coordinator
Viola was hired as a Community Relations & Youth Hockey Intern in 2019. She was promoted to Youth Hockey Coordinator in July 2019. In her role, she helps create and maintain Bruins Youth Hockey initiatives throughout New England. A native of Buffalo, NY, she graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh in 2018 with a degree in Public Relations and Communication Studies. At Plattsburgh, she was an intern with the Athletic Communications Department, as well as a member of the 3-time NCAA Division III National Champion Women’s Hockey team.
Laney Byler
PR Coordinator
Byler was in hired in 2019 as the Bruins Communications Graduate Assistant and was promoted to the role of PR Coordinator in March of 2021. In her role, she manages off-ice public relations efforts for Bruins events in the community and handles Bruins press box operations at TD Garden. Before coming to Boston, Laney interned with USA Hockey, the Grand Rapids Griffins, and Harvard University’s athletic department. She graduated from the University of Michigan in 2019 with a degree in Communications.
Karen Wonoski
Alumni Coordinator
Wonoski grew up a Bruins fan and has been working for the organization for about eight years. She is in charge of managing ticket requests for seats in the Alumni Suite, organizing alumni games, and enjoys working closely with closely with Bruins legends Johnny Bucyk and Rick Middleton.
Julie Nicoletti
Sports Nutritionist
Nicoletti is the sports nutritionist for the Boston Bruins and Providence Bruins and consults with many NCAA Collegiate athletic programs, specialized camps and elite travel sports teams. He customized one-on-one approach is science based, focusing on how to optimize athletic performance and overall health while minimizing the risk of injury. Nicoletti has been with the Bruins since 2015.
Nichole Macri
Director of Digital Business Strategy
Macri is a graduate of Merrimack College and has been with the Bruins since 2019. She drives the Bruins brand recognition through strategic and creative marketing initiatives and effective brand management.
Shayna Duffy
Digital Marketing Manager at Boston Bruins and TD Garden
Duffy has been with the Bruins and TD Garden for almost a year and supports the organization in all digital initiatives, including paid advertising, website strategy, and mobile app strategy. She is a native of Medford, MA, receiving her Bachelor’s degree from UMass Amherst in 2013 and a Master’s from Suffolk University in 2015. Throughout her marketing career she has worked on both the agency and brand side, working on global brands such as McDonalds, LinkedIn, Spartan Race, and Wayfair.
Leandra Murphy
Boston Bruins Foundation Manager
Muphy has been with the Bruins since she was an intern back in 2016. She works to seamlessly plan, develop and execute Boston Bruins Foundation events and fundraising initiatives while managing staff, on-going auctions & raffles, event day presentations, budgeting, financials for vendors, food & beverage services and décor.
Natalie Johnson
Massage Therapist
Johnson has been with the Bruins since 2019. She does deep muscle therapy massage to relieve stress and pain for the Bruins, whether that’s at practice or on the road, providing them with the care needed to recover and stay sharp.
Rita Brandano
Executive Assistant
Brandano is from Everett, MA and began her career with the Bruins back in 1990, where she started as a administrative assistant. She then took her current job of executive assistant in 2003 and continues to bring her expertise in managing the schedules and communications of Bruins CEO Charlie Jacobs.
Maria Poirier
Executive Assistant
Maria is from Providence Rhode Island and joined the Boston Bruins in 2013 and has spent the past nine years excelling in managing the schedules and communications of Charlie Jacobs and Cam Neely.
Michaela Johnson
In-arena Host
Johnson joined the Bruins back in 2016 and has been the voice you hear during games for the past six years. Whether it’s team trivia, on-ice contests, fundraising initiatives, or promotional reads, you can find her everywhere with the fans at TD Garden.
Tamara Brown
In-arena Host
Brown is a lifelong Boston sports fan and in her first season with the Bruins. She serves as an in-arena host who brings the energy and fun to TD Garden. When she’s not at the TD Garden, she is at Gillette Stadium where she serves as a Team Reporter and Producer for the New England Patriots.
Elaine Cavalieri
Digital Content Specialist
Cavalieri grew up a Bruins fan because of her super-fan Dad, and had always wanted to pursue a career in the sports industry. Before the Bruins, Elaine worked for NESN, the Boston Celtics, and WEEI Sports Radio. This is her first season with the Bruins. Along with the digital team, she has focused on growing the Bruins TikTok account, along with helping manage the team’s Instagram and Twitter accounts.
