Huntsville School Board approves settlement in Title IX case
1 min readHUNTSVILLE — The Huntsville Faculty Board voted unanimously on Monday to acknowledge liability in a federal Title IX lawsuit and settle the circumstance, which requires allegations of sexual harassment and sexual assault by and to boys on the middle college basketball staff.
Joey McCutchen, who signifies Rebecca Nelle in the scenario, designed a settlement offer declaring if the Huntsville College District would pay back Nelle $1 and acknowledge liability, he and his law partners would dismiss the situation and they would not have to spend their lawyer expenses.
