The Head of International Marketing is a brand new role at Crowdube. They will spearhead the launch of Crowdcube across European markets including France, Spain and the Nordics. Compliance Specialist, Klarna

Do you want to be part of an international, growing Compliance team, working for one of Europe’s largest FinTech/disruptor-banks, that wants to revolutionise the financial industry? Klarna is looking for new members to strengthen the Compliance Team. They are looking for Compliance Specialists located in London, United Kingdom.

 General working experience (1-6 years) within the financial services sector is a requirement; a legal background is beneficial, but most importantly – you should be passionate about compliance. You will be part of the Compliance Team, so it is important that you have the ability to prioritise and be comfortable with working independently, but also with others in the team and around the business. Employee Onboarding Coordinator, Starling Bank

Starling Bank’s mission is to change banking for good. They can’t do that without dedicated and passionate employees. Their People team deals with all aspects of their employee journey – talent acquisition, employee onboarding, talent management, total rewards and employee experience and culture.

 The Onboarding Coordinator will support efforts to create a world-class positive experience for all employees from the point of application, through to offer and onboarding. This role will partner with the HR and Recruitment Team and all internal partners to maximise the effectiveness of the hiring process, executing comprehensive and effective onboarding processes to ensure an impactful candidate/new hire experience. You will be the point of contact for candidates, on their journey to becoming an employee, owning the post-offer process, all the way through to a candidate’s first day. You’ll need to be comfortable spinning a lot of plates, on average, they welcome over 40 new hires a month at Starling.

The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, preferably within a people/HR team, certainly within a fast-paced, high growth environment.  Bonus points if you have experience running and driving improvements in an onboarding process.
